Issues With A 9600 GT
My EVGA 9600GT gives me it once it has been running for about 15 minutes no matter what the overclock. CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965 Processor Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-790XT-USB3 RAM: 4GB Corsair XMS3 DDR3 PS: Gigabyte ODIN 720W GPU: Nvidia 9600 GT 512MB Not sure if that helps at all. Is it possible for the fan not to spin even if CPUID Hardware Monitor and MSI Afterburner show the fan speed up to 95%? My Specs: Startup Temp: 44 C IDLE: 55-60 C Games: 70 C Hot for this card is around 90 C Reply Reply With Quote July 5th, 2011,05:57 PM #13 gecekusu3006 his comment is here

This was followed by an odd smell which smelled like a mix of hot air and perhaps something metallic (not sure, but it seems the most logical description). I don't have any sound card - I use the sound integrated with the motherboard. #7 Seplod, Jan 16, 2013 AnonymouseUser Diamond Member Joined: May 14, 2003 Messages: 9,616 Likes soundcard) using the resources available-try disabling onboard soundcard if using dedicated soundcard3) try a different slot for the videocard4) disable Com Ports (in BIOS) if not in use5) uninstall the all
