No, create an account now. I do keep NirSoft's «Nircmd.exe» directly in the NirSoft folder; but for CProcess.exe (its actual name) I suggest making a subfolder (subdirectory) to house CProcess. Until Windows XP there were no native commands to manage processes from the command line. If you don't present on the command line pslist will prompt you for it if necessary.
