You got it. In the package is a copy of the Sapphire Redline overclocking utility, and after our success with the Sapphire 9600 Pro we were eager to try it out. When I installed this card, I had the same issues with losing the video signal I had with the two 9600's (Pro and XT) previously. This is a recurring "hot topic" (no pun intended) in the Video Cards/ATI Topic here at OC-Forums.
