Simple gpu stress tests (like in steam games) don't trigger the bsod, running memtest for several hours reveals nothing, updated drivers and bios on all, voltages don't look out of whack. So I'm willing to do whatever it takes, preferably not buying new parts for the time being, low on money, but I'd prefer to not have to wipe the hard drive. OR more accurately it was manufacured by a different company an resold by Crucial. I decided to go with vista ultimate 64 bit when i did the re-install. I have no idea why.
